Items for return must be in the same condition that you received them. If you have a damaged or defective item, please send an email with a photograph of the item to shop@robertgouveia.com and we will replace the item free of cost.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 45 days of item delivery.
Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.
